Rainstorm for Flute Choir by Dr. Julie Stone

Rainstorm is inspired by the beautiful sounds created during the evolution of a rainstorm. It begins with slow drops of water that increase in speed to mimic a downpour and evolves through moments of intense sounds of lightning and thunder, serenity of the pulsing rain, and the varying velocity of the rain drops. It comes to an end with a final drop of rain.
