Two Poems for flute and guitar by Lee Heritage

Two Poems for flute and guitar was written in 1992 for flutist Amy Packard Heritage and guitarist Amy Brucksch. I have long considered the flute and classical guitar one of the most charming and expressive of duo combinations. Two Poems explores some of my favorite flute and guitar textures: the expressive solo guitar melody; a flute melody accompanied by slow, strummed chords on the guitar, and single line writing in both flute and guitar.
